2009年,水澤潤舖前身「水澤MIZUSAWA」在珍珠奶茶發源地誕生,以日式職人精神嚴選原料,專注於打造高品質茶飲與精品咖啡。我們深信,真正的好茶不僅能帶來味覺的滿足,更能療癒身心、滋養靈魂。因此,我們以「讓每一杯飲品都承載故事」為理念,開始探索如何將世界各地的文化與特色融入茶飲之中。
品牌創立初期,我們專注於傳統茶飲的改良,將手作工藝與現代化技術結合,使茶飲不僅保留原始風味,還能符合現代人對健康與口感的高標準要求。從一間小小的茶舖開始,水澤潤舖逐步建立起獨特的品牌價值,逐年發展,成為現今廣受歡迎的養生茶飲品牌。
In 2009, MIZUSAWA RUNPU began as Mizusawa, a brand born in Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea. Inspired by the Japanese shokunin (artisan) spirit, we meticulously selected ingredients and focused on crafting high-quality tea and specialty coffee. Believing that great tea is more than a drink—it is a healing and soulful experience, we set out to infuse global cultures and traditions into every cup.
In the early days, our focus was on refining traditional tea by combining handcrafted techniques with modern innovation—preserving authentic flavors while meeting the modern demand for healthier and more refined beverages. What started as a small tea shop has now evolved into a renowned wellness tea brand, recognized for its unique approach to nourishing tea culture.

.2009年 —— 水澤MIZUSAWA品牌創立,首家門市於台灣開幕,主打傳統古早味與創意新品結合各式美味飲品。
Mizusawa brand was founded, opening its first store in Taiwan. It specialized in blending traditional flavors with innovative creations, offering a variety of delicious beverages.
.2013年 —— 企業化經營及管理,於台灣各地創立數十間門市。
Transitioned to a corporate business model, expanding to dozens of stores across Taiwan.
.2015年 —— 研發出「AI智能調飲機」,以智能自動化製作飲品,減少門市成本,並提高門市經營效率。
Developed the AI Beverage Modulating Machine System, automating drink preparation to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
.2018年 —— 進軍國際市場,於越南、泰國、土耳其、英國、菲律賓等地拓展品牌版圖。
Expanded internationally, establishing a presence in Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, the UK, and the Philippines.
.2019年—— 水澤MIZUSAWA正式改版為「水澤MIZUSAWA世界奶茶&精品咖啡」,揉合世界特色文化研發世界奶茶,並引進非洲莊園咖啡。
Rebranded as MIZUSAWA Milk Tea Of The Milk Tea & Specialty Coffee, integrating global cultural influences to create international milk tea varieties while introducing African estate coffee.
.2023年 —— 版圖持續拓展至印尼、澳洲,更在澳洲成立國際推廣中心,開設首家海外國際旗艦店,向世界推廣台灣茶飲文化。
Continued expansion into Indonesia and Australia, launching an International Promotion Center and opening the first global flagship store in Australia, further spreading Taiwanese tea culture worldwide.
.2025年 —— 台灣品牌升級為「水澤潤舖」,結合侘寂美學與東方養生哲學,提供更多元化的茶飲、甜品與養生食品,帶來全新飲食體驗。
Officially rebranded as MIZUSAWA RUNPU, merging Wabi-Sabi aesthetics with Eastern wellness philosophy, offering a more diverse selection of tea, desserts, and nourishing foods, redefining the modern tea-drinking experience.

Our red beans and purple rice come from local contract farms, while premium ingredients such as Kappaphycus and snow fungus undergo rigorous selection processes, ensuring that every beverage is a genuinely healthy and trustworthy choice.
